Job Description:
Executes research related activities, participate in high-end product development mainly for LP & OCTG product segments, aimed with a strong orientation to establish relationships in alloy design-process-material performance associated with the metallurgical characteristics designed for these products.
Creates scientific or technological knowledge and pursue innovation in his/her area of speciality.
Assists seniors researchers on scientific or technological projects.
Contributes to the on the job training of Researcher Assistants. |
| Habilidades e idiomas requeridos: |
Requirements:
- English: Higher Intermediate
- Engineer: Metallurgy or Materials Science
Postgraduate Studies* Specialization: Metalurgia/Materiales
Strong knowledge in physical metallurgy.
Electron Microscopy and characterization techniques
Solid-State Phase transformations, including thermodynamic & kinetic understanting of phase, precipitation and chemical reactions.
Prior backgroung or experience in welding metallurgy related activities is a plus.
