| Responsabilidades: |
Implement new technologies to improve the irrigation process for both Tizate´s field.
Understand and implement computerized irrigation systems including remote monitoring/control systems
Optimize the water resources without impact the pollen viability and seed quality for nursery and ICB´s.
Develop and implement a fertirrigation plan to improve the plant nutrition for all fields planted.
Coordinate watering schedules with agronomics team
Provide general oversight of labor crew
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cost and cycle.
Full compliance with all Bayer HSE and QMS policies

| Habilidades e idiomas requeridos: |
Bachelor/Engineering degree in Irrigation and water resources engineering, MSc is a plus.
Knowledge of remote control watering systems, blue prints and diagrams related to irrigation systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language.
Advanced competence in Relationships and connectivity, agility and results oriented
