| Responsabilidades: |
Responsabilities:
• Managing and coordinating pilot and experimental projects related with robotics.
• Lead conceptual design oriented to automated solutions by means of robotics.
• Request and review engineering design analyzed under criteria like cost (investment, operative and maintenance) vs different levels of automation from main investments involving robotics.
• Request and review engineering design supported by manufacturing principles from main investments involving robotics.
• Able to identify scheduling conflicts, roadblocks and bottle necks, resource needs, critical path deadlines, and material requirements.
• Ensure complete integration of crucial engineering disciplines involved on main investments considering robotics.
• Coordinate and ensure deliverables for other departments and Robotics Pilot programs.
• Achieve collaborative working solutions where needed worldwide.
• Participate on design to standardize solutions, regarding implementations around Tenaris, including interfaces to L1 and L2 and their programming.
• Benchmark and industrial trends
• Propose automated/robotics solutions for manual operations currently identified and foresee those under analysis for next immediate budget.
• Define the guidelines, standards & methodology for investment projects that require robotic solutions agreed to other global areas, considering Regional Robotics Referents in charge of Robotics projects implementations jointly to regional engineering areas.
• Establish and update the Robotic solution suppliers based on other industries like automotive, plastic, electronics, etc.
• Manage effective communication activities to inform about new solutions, KPI’s & main investment projects status.
• Perform experiments and tests with competence, professional integrity, and attention to detail.

Tenacious, driven to results, teamwork, good communication skills |
| Experiencia necesaria: |
3 years of experience on any of these industries: Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Aeronautical.
Project management, strong technical background, experience in managing R&D applied projects and knowledge on programming of ABB industrial robots, robotics machine vision and PLC programming (Allen Bradley and Siemens). |
